Harbor District Awarded Grant
Offshore Sports Marina has reopened as Marlena’s Yacht Club at 408 West Lake Drive in Montauk. Sam Gershowitz, who also owns the Star Island Yacht Club in Montauk, is the new owner.
Under Gershowitz’s discerning eye, the property has been undergoing an extensive cleanup.

The property also boasts a fuel dock.
